Throughout history, Germany has always been a country primarily shaped by migration and its food culture is therefore one of the most diversely influenced cuisines in the world.
We have and constantly are exchanging food, culture and languages with nine direct neighboring states. This transcultural heritage and conviviality is amongst the values that shall be the flagship of our international reputation.
The wonderful crosspollination shall give people trust in community, broaden their cultural horizons and enrich their taste buds with culinary creations beyond borders.
It shall especially help those who struggle to find a place in society or suffer from insecurity and bring them together as equal eaters at a table of diversity.
