We will use the capacities of the strongly established German technology and research sector and channel its’ strength to create a modern, steadily progressing German kitchen 2.0.
In order to innovate efficiently, it is important to open the process to the public and co-create innovation on a participatory level, rather than investigating in sectorial thinking task forces.
Digitalization, online networks and the internet of food shall be tools to facilitate and improve production, harvest, food safety and consumption choices.
Also, cooking style and the German cuisine itself is in need of a reformative approach. Its’ innovation shall derive from implementing the manifesto’s values, learning from the past and granting nature’s wellbeing in the future.
